Our parent company, A to Z Party Rental, has been in the event rental business since 1967.

Our philosophy has always been to ask our customers: “What do you need?”  And we strive to listen and understand.

In 2001, a Philadelphia-area university was seeking to expand their outdoor events, and consulted with us to provide additional outdoor seating.

We listened to their needs, began stocking bleachers and event seating, and Benchmark Event Services was born.

From that point on, our business has expanded to make us the premier temporary grandstand and spectator seating supplier in the region.   From school sporting events, to runway fashion shows; the Philadelphia Eagles to Phish;  the US Navy to Grand Central Station;  Benchmark Event Services will provide the foundation package to make your event a success.
